Finding the perfect fit is important. That's why we offer one free size exchange on eligible hockey skates within 30 days of delivery.

We'll cover the return shipping for your first size exchange and ship the replacement pair to you at no additional cost.

Additional exchanges may require standard shipping charges.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your skates within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, skates must be:

• In new, unused condition

• Returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories

• Free from damage, excessive wear, or modifications

Returns for Refund

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and either:

Send a replacement product, or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Skate Fit

 Hockey skates should fit snugly for optimal performance.

If you're unsure about sizing before placing your order, our team is happy to help you choose the right size.

​How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:

Contact our customer support team with your order number.

We'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your exchange or refund promptly.

The following skates cannot be returned unless they arrive defective:

U.S. Orders

Free size exchanges are available for orders shipped within Canada only.

For orders shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return shipping to RUSH Hockey Canada and shipping charges for the replacement item.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the exchange process are also the responsibility of the customer.

At RUSH we will process your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and an additional 3–7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location, shipping selection and products ordered. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been processed.

RUSH will cover all material or manufacturer defects for 90 days after the purchase of skates. The original receipt provided must be within 90 days. Warranty claims are for any defects in workmanship; RUSH is not responsible for any damages to skates from normal use.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled on the website. Should you not be satisfied with your purchases, you may return them to RUSH as per the return policy.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow a delay up to 10 business days to receive your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping option (Regular & Express). A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your package is shipped.

Will I be charged for a product that did not ship?

You will be charged at check-out.

Why did I not receive an order confirmation?

Please allow up to 20 minutes to receive your order confirmation email. You may also want to check your spam folder. If you still have not received anything after 20 minutes, please feel free to contact our customer service team through our contact us form.

Why did I not receive a shipping notification email?

A shipping notification will only be sent out when your order has shipped. You may also want to check your spam folder. You may check the status of your order once you receive this e-mail. If you have not received the e-mail, your order has not yet been processed.
