*RUSH VOL1 has more of a shallow boot for players with less of an arch in their feet. RUSH VOL2 has a deeper boot for players with a higher arch in their feet. Both RUSH VOL1 and RUSH VOL2 have standard D width and EE width for wider feet. The difference between D and EE width is 2 mm.
