RAZOR R4 PRO Senior Ice Hockey Skates
At RUSH we are confident you will be satisfied with your skates. However, all skate purchases made on this website can be returned/exchanged at your cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The following criteria must be met to be eligible for a return/exchange or credit:
- The skates were purchased from www.rushsport.ca.
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
- Exchanges can be made if the incorrect skate size was purchased. The original payment can also be credited towards a larger skate size where applicable.
- Returns can be made within 90 days after the purchase of skates. RUSH will cover all material or manufacturer defects. Warranty claims are for any defects in workmanship; RUSH is not responsible for any damages to skates from normal use.
- Skates must be in original condition, in original packaging and with original labels.
- Following inspection, RUSH reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges which do not meet our criteria.
If the skates do meet our requirements, a refund/exchange will be issued within 14 days after receiving the return. The shipping cost (and price difference for a larger skate size where applicable i.e. increasing size from youth to junior, junior to intermediate or intermediate to senior) for the replacement skates must be paid to RUSH prior to dispatch. If decreasing the size i.e. senior to intermediate, intermediate to junior or junior to youth, the difference can be credited towards a future purchase on the RUSH Hockey Canada Website.
